Yes. We can customise artwork, logos, colours, backdrops, print layouts, video overlays, music and selected parts of the guest-sharing journey.

Yes. Our team communicates in English with clients, planners, organisers, hotel teams and guests from the first enquiry through event completion.

We serve Bangkok and destinations throughout Thailand, including Phuket, Chiang Mai, Pattaya and Hua Hin. Travel charges may apply outside Bangkok depending on distance and logistics.

Requirements vary by booth. A 360° video booth commonly needs a clear area of approximately 3 x 3 metres and access to standard 220V power. We usually need one table for equipment and the TV display, and our team sets up 90–120 minutes before the event starts. We confirm technical requirements with your venue in advance.

Depending on the experience, guests may receive instant prints, AirDrop delivery (iPhone), QR-code downloads (Android) or access to an online gallery. After the event we also provide a link containing all event files.

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking and secure the date and production schedule.

Send us your logo, colours, wording and preferred background music. We provide three frame design options with one round of revisions, and prepare the final artwork for your approval before the event.
